Investigation of Medicinal Plants as an Alternative Medicine for Paracetamol
Meena Jha, Asita Elengoe
DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2021.8801
Abstract: Everyone wants good health, which can be promoted and maintained by encouraging healthy habits. Sometimes, people depend on medicines for staying fit. Medicines are effective but also cause some side effects. In order to get rid of pain and fever dependence on Paracetamol is observed. Worldwide, Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) or PCM can be defined as a single of the most widely used pain-relieving and antipyretic drugs. Nevertheless, it can't be denied that the consumption of Paracetamol directly or indirectly affects everyone depending upon body structure, gender, and age. The study reveals that regular use of Paracetamol causes toxicity and may gradually impact health and causes long-term side effects like fatigue, persistent anemia, and also threat to vital organs like the liver and kidneys. Plants are the beacon of hope during the pandemic time too because medicinal plants possess specific bioactive compounds, alkaloids that can be used for medications without any side effects and can overtake the production of artificial drugs. In this study, the use of the traditional herbs such as tulsi, turmeric, ginger, and neem leaf as an effective alternative medicine to Paracetamol among people in the rural field practice area of Dehradun, India was investigated. One-hundred sixteen participants involved in this study. The results show that 72.4% participants believed that paracetamol causes side effects and natural herbs alternative to paracetamol. The natural herbs are very effective. They possess several medical effects such as anti-oxidant, anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer properties.

DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2021.8803
Abstract: We used the co-precipitation method to create pure phase Zinc Oxide nanostructures in this study. X-ray diffraction was used to investigate the phase and scale of synthesised nanostructures (XRD). The ZnO sample calcined at 400 °C has a crystalline size of 36.1 nm, an inter planner spacing of 2.7010 Å, and a volume of 71.62 Å3. The morphological research was done using a scanning electron microscope (SEM). The IR peaks near around 510 cm-1 correspond to stretching of the Zn-O bonds, according to IR studies conducted with an FTIR spectrometer. A kaithely source metre was used to measure the current-voltage characteristics and resistivity of zinc oxide nanostructures. Impedance spectroscopy of synthesised samples was performed at room temperature using a galvinostat with an applied voltage of 120 mV and a frequency range of 50 Hz to 5 MHz. For ZnO calcined at 400°C, the grain boundary resistance is about 32 MΩ (at 310 K).

Abstract: Over the past few decades, the role of smart gadgets in our daily life routine has increased and it has become an integral part of human development. Though gadget usage creates a lot of negative impacts on human life, people still refuse to come out of the gadget world. People belonging to different age groups including teens, adults and even preschoolers (children between ages of 2-5) are attracted and addicted to the usage of smart gadgets. The fact that the preschoolers are addicted to gadgets is a serious issue that should be taken care of. Children, being the future generation of the world are addicted to these gadgets and the parents should understand that this results in impairment of the child's growth development. In the present work, a survey has been conducted among a group of 50 parents to study the impact of smart gadgets in the day-to-day life of their children. From the survey, various important data like the vastly used smart gadget, time spent on the gadgets and negative impacts of these gadgets on the children have been elucidated. It has been observed that most of the children are addicted to television and mobile phones. An alarming 30 percent and 10 percent of the children are enjoying a screen time of more than 5-6 hours of television and mobile phones respectively per day. This is observed to be against the American Academy of Pediatrics. This has caused negative impacts such as adamancy and sleeping problems in children. Further, it has been observed that in a few cases parents expose the children to smart gadgets so that they can have some time for themselves and other household chores.

DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2021.8811
Abstract: Airborne fungal spores are known causing infections of human and animals and also play crucial role in biodeterioration and biodegradation of wastes of plant and animal origin. In the present study the Aeromycological survey has been conducted to record prevalence of diverse group of micro-fungal airspora from various sites of Industrial Area, Wadi, Nagpur in the post-winter season. The Petri-plate method based on gravity was used for sampling. Out of the total 1231 fungal colonies falls under 18 genera and 27 species have been recorded on nutrient agar jelly. Initial week of March 2021 was observed the peak period of fungal spore concentration. Deuteromycota contributed 48.4 percent aeromycoflora exhibiting nearly half of the total contribution of the viable fungal spores in the survey area from this group alone. Ascomycota contributed 46.1 percent while Zygomycota had least count of colonies. Members of Basidiomycota did not appear. Alternaria was reported dominant in terms of count of colonies and number of species. Aspergillus and Fusarium confined with 3 species each while Penicillium and Curvularia had 2 species each. Remaining genera, Phytophthora, Pythium, Mucor, Chaetomium, Diplodia, Phomopsis, Phoma, Cladosporium, Drechslera, Trichoderma, and Trichothecium were encountered with individual species. The distribution of viable fungal spores in air in variable concentration in post-winter season may attributed to fluctuating weather and relative humidity which supports fungal flora growth of same group of organisms and act inhibitory for others.

DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2021.8812
Abstract: Power from wind or water current can be extracted using a horizontal or vertical axis turbine. Vertical axis turbines and solar panel are capable of extracting power from wind or water current regardless of the direction of flow. A hybrid turbine consists of two types of turbines on a same shaft. Such a design exploits good features of two turbines. This paper presents the design of a hybrid turbine based on a straight bladed Darrieus (lift type) turbine along with a double step Savonius (drag type) turbine. Four bladed Darrieus rotor is placed on top of a Savonius rotor. The hybrid vertical axis turbine has much better self-starting characteristics and better conversion efficiency at higher flow speeds. The hybrid turbine is built and tested in variable speed water currents. This turbine design can also be used as a wind turbine. This paper presents the system design and performance test results of the hybrid turbine. The designed hybrid vertical axis turbine will be used to generate power at the sea floor for an instrumentation system.

DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2021.8813
Abstract: Agriculture is a backbone of our country. About almost of our country's revenue comes from agriculture. But during heavy rain falls, the farmers face lot of problems because there cultivated crops get washed off or destroyed. So, in order to avoid this problem this project is designed which helps if saving the crops from heavy rainfall and protecting that rain water to use it for other purposes. In this system an automatic roof is inculcated which works by taking the signals from the rain and soil moisture sensors and covers the whole field to protect it from heavy rains. Whenever there is rainfall the rain sensor gets activated. Then the controller indicates the DC motor to run which opens the roof automatically to close the field using a polythene sheet. Which is implemented is "Automated irrigation system with partition facility for effective irrigation of small scale farms" (AISPF). But this method has some drawbacks which can be improved and here we are with a method called "Automated irrigation system using weather prediction for efficient usage of water resources" (AISWP).

DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2021.8815
Abstract: In food and agricultural technology, the use of image processing techniques has excellent indications and associations. These visual images are a significant source of information. Fruit classification has become one of the important applications which can be utilized not only in the supermarkets and grocery stores but also for the agriculturist to detect the diseases and work out different methods to ensure that these diseases did not occur in the next harvest. In order to address these identified problems, fruit classification and recognition of these diseases. We identified different methods which are commonly used in addressing vegetable and fruit classification and in recognizing diseases. And we used that surveyed image processing techniques for fruit disease detection, segmentation, and classification. The methods utilized in my project are able to distinguish among different types of citrus fruits and their diseases that are very alike in colour and texture. With the expansion in technology, there's an increasing demand for solving lifestyle tasks. We know that refrigeration is the most commonly used technique for the storage of food, which works by lowering the reproduction rate of bacteria found in the food. Through this project, we are presenting the likelihood of solving the fruit spoilage problem, with technical assistance to spot the spoilage by continuous sensing. We expand a way to detect spoilage for fruits using sensor MQ135 sensor related to Arduino. The results of the findings are shown to support the freshness and quality of the fruit. the knowledge regarding the fruit spoilage is going to be conveyed to the purchasers using visual media by displaying the result to the user on the LCD screen

DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2021.8817
Abstract: The most important issue for avoiding and preventing the progression of various diseases is earlier risk assessment and identification. To estimate disease risk factors, the researchers typically used the statistical comparative analysis or step-by-step methods of feature selection using regression techniques. The results of these methods focused on individual risk factors separately. However, rather than just one factor, a combination of factors is more likely to influence disease development. Genetic algorithms (GA) can be beneficial and efficient for finding a combination of factors for the fastest diagnosis with the highest accuracies, especially when dealing with a large number of complicated and poorly understood components, as in diseases prediction. Our proposed model demonstrates the potential for using GA to diagnose disease and predict accuracy. Our proposed ensemble model revealed that combining a limited selection of input features gives better results than using all of the single significant features individually. This model not only forecasts the optimal feature sets and accuracy but also overcomes the dataset's missing values problem. Variables more commonly picked by LR may be more relevant for disease development prediction and accuracy by GA.

Abstract: As early as 2000 to 5000 years ago, several traditional civilizations used tools like extractors, knives, scalpels, saws, lancets, needles, trocars and knives for many medical procedures. From the first century to the seventeenth century, most medical procedures were concerned with the treatment of injuries of troopers at war on the battlefields, or the ailments of the fortunate and wealthy. Devices were meant to treat field wounds received from arrows, knives, sabres, guns and cannons. With the rationalization of the methodology within the seventeenth century, such devices became additionally prevailing. Several medical devices were factory-made by doctors or tiny corporations and imposed on to the general public with no government standards or oversight for safety or effectiveness. Advances were created within the areas like medicine, optometry, prostheses, catheterization with devices like syringes for removal of cataracts, eyeglasses, bimetal or wood artificial limbs and bimetal catheters. The thought of medical imaging began in 1895 with the invention of the X-ray by a German academic of Physics, Wilhelm Roentgen. Medical imaging has improved vastly since the primary X-rays were made appropriate. There's rather more accuracy in diagnosis and since those advances, there's additionally a lot less ought to perform primary surgery. This hopefully can result in early diagnoses and higher treatment choices for several patients. Enhancements were created with the use of technology over the last a hundred years culminating in PC pictorial representation and complicated imaging process. Alternative devices to make high-quality and 3-D medical pictures have additionally been developed in the recent years to make medical imaging an awfully vital facet of clinical care these days. In the long run it is usually a tough task, however the electronic health record can play a vital role in consolidating the knowledge and data from numerous medical devices that still provide data promptly on the market to patients where it'd be required. Future medical devices must not solely address issues of diagnostic and therapeutic drugs however even be capable of addressing vital social problems like worldwide disparities within the accessibility of treatment, frequently rising prices, and healthcare for travel beyond Earth. The next 100 years promises to be even more exciting from the perspective of medical devices and medical electronics. Abstract: We can measure the eye movement activity using eye tracking technology. We can get information about where we look by using eye tracking. What is overlooked is how the pupil reacts to various stimuli. Although the premise of eye tracking is simple, the technique and interpretation can be quite varied and complex. ET calculates the distance between our eye's gaze points and the top of our head. Eye trackers come in both remote and mobile versions. It keeps track of where we look and how we move our sight. With the use of software, one may analyze, visualize, and interpret this data. We've already known how fingerprint analysis and applications are commonly used, but eye tracking could also be a useful biometric technique for a variety of applications. Eye tracking technology and its varied uses are discussed in this paper. ET is now used in nearly every sector, including psychology, human-computer interface, marketers, designers, academics, medical research, and many more.

Abstract: This study is very important as the study is carried out with an objective of measuring liquidity, solvency, and profitability of five different companies for five different years from different industries. It is believed that the study would be most appropriate for the users to understand and identify the strengths and weakness of the financial positon of the companies to take a decision of investment. The study has used nonprobability sampling to select the companies and to measure with the help of traditional ratios namely Current ratio, Quick ratio, total assets to total liabilities, times interest earned ratio and profit margin ratio as part of the traditional ratios and operating cash flow ratios, cash flow to debt ratio and cash flow margin ratios as part of cash flow ratios. Pearson's correlation coefficient also measured to find the relationship between traditional and cash flow ratios for selected company. It is found that cash flow ratios are better when compared to traditional ratios and in some cases traditional ratios are better than cash flow ratios. It is also suggested that the company must improve when the ratios are weak, and they should maintain the consistency with the ratios to show strong financial health. It is sure that the investors would be happy to take decision by using the financial statements and the analysis through the ratios as well. Fathers Role Importance in Children’s Life
Y. D. Haritha Dr. Uma Devi
DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2021.8830
Abstract: A wonderful and healthy parenting is one which involves both mothers and fathers taking active participation in a child's life. Scientifically, it has been proven that children whose fathers have active involvement in their growing up years have fewer behavioural problems and turn out better individuals socially and academically. A father's role is not just limited to being a "breadwinner" for the family. His involvement influences the child's overall development, including the intellectual development, gender-role development, and psychological development. He can be just as loving and nurturing as the mother. Most kids who share an intimate and warm relationship with their fathers tend to grow up to become more confident adults. As children grow up, fathers assume the role of a friend, guide and mentor. The presence of an actively involved father at home goes on to make a lot of difference in the lives of children. "When fathers are actively involved with their children, children do better," explains Paul Amato, a sociologist who studies parent-child relationships at Pennsylvania State University. "Research suggests that fathers are important for a child's development." "The Father Effect" is the umbrella term for the benefits of a paternal presence. Of course, a father's active participation in the family is always preferred. "There needs to be a minimum amount of time spent together, but the quality of time is more important than the quantity of time." Here is a look at the roles fathers play at different stages of their child's life. Traditional Indian notions endorsed the fathers' role as a provider, protector, teacher and a moral guardian to children (Kane 1974; Krishnan, 1998). The present study makes an attempt to understand the Fathers Role Importance in Children's Life. The results revealed that 94 percent faced difficulties in fulfilling children's physical and psychological needs, 91 percent fathers Created a conducive environment for children's, 87 percent fathers Guided for future and making them independent, 81 percent fathers inculcated in good values, habits in children.

Abstract: Phishing is an attack on gullible people by making them disclose their personal and unique information. It is a cyber-crime where false sites attract exploited people to give delicate data. This paper describes the various techniques for detecting phishing websites by analyzing different attributes of URLs with the help of ML techniques. This experimentation discusses the techniques used for detecting phishing websites by extracting their features like URL length, port, HTTPS token and many more. We have used data mining techniques for the extraction of the features of an URL in order to get a clear image of URL's structure that spread phishing. To protect the end users from entering these types of phished websites, we can try to predict whether an URL is phished or not. A challenge in this field is that attackers are constantly making new strategies to tackle our defensive methods. To continuously update our system in this domain, we need ML algorithms that adapt to new instances and features of phishing URLs. Smart Contract: Blockchain-based Energy Exchange Framework with reduced Transaction Cost
G. Divya, P. Supraja
DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2021.8832
Abstract: Smart grid is an innovation in a communication network, interconnected power framework, advanced control technology, and smart metering has been applied to work on the usage of renewable energy resources and alleviate the energy emergency somehow. Blockchain is basically a decentralized accounting ledger with the potential to enable, manage, track and verify thousands of energy transactions per second. The blockchain energy market is proposed to be utilized by networks that share a nanogrid. The application permits nanogrid participants that have an abundance of electrical energy, to offer that energy to different clients of the nanogrid. The application gives a decentralized marketplace for executing electrical energy. Since this blockchain energy market is implemented by Ethereum smart contract, it suffers from the high operating costs that result from the contract's high gas consumption. Ethereum smart contracts are implemented by reworking on acceptoffer function to verifies its validity and withdraw function which uses a single function call for multiple energy transfer contracts to decrease the operation cost.

Abstract: Ionosphere is being used by numerous communication systems to reflect radio signals over long distances. The critical frequency (foF2) is the preventive frequency at or lower which a radio wave is reflected by ionosphere in HF radio propagation. The atmosphere can be divided vertically into zones based on changes that occur with altitude as Troposphere, Stratosphere, Mesosphere, Ionosphere and Thermosphere. The Earth's ionosphere exhibits complex variabilities with varying spatial and temporal scales. The ionosphere is also restricted by the solar zenith angle, manifesting diurnal, annual and semiannual variations. In the low latitudes, the thermospheric wind and electric field, in conjunction with Earth's magnetic field, play an important role in the redistribution of plasma. With regard to the low-latitude ionosphere, variabilities in the F- region have been given special attention due to their direct effects on communication / navigation systems. A large number of observational and modeling studies have been made to understand F region parameters, such as the critical frequency of the F2 layer, foF2 and the corresponding height, hmF2, in terms of variabilities in solar flux, magnetic field, neutral dynamical/ electro dynamical parameters. Abstract: The MGNREGA ranks among the most powerful initiatives ever undertaken for transformation of rural livelihoods in India. The unprecedented commitment of financial resources is matched only by its imaginative architecture that promises a radically fresh programme of rural development. However, for MGNREGA to realise its potential, it must focus on raising the productivity of agriculture in India's most backward regions. This can then lead further to the creation of allied livelihoods on the foundation of water security. This is also the only way we can envision a decline in the size of the work guarantee over time, as public investment under MGNREGA leads to higher rural incomes, that in turn spurs private investment and greater incomes and employment. Effect of Casting Design on Shrinkage Porosity and Microstructure in Hollow Cylindrical Aluminium-4.5% Copper Alloy Casting
Mr. Rajkumar Sreepadapu, Dr.Amol A. Gokhale
DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2021.8839
Abstract: With the increasing use of Aluminium foundry alloys for automotive and aerospace components the Aluminium industry has to focus sharply on the quality and reliability of such components. One of the biggest problems in Aluminium castings is porosity, caused mainly by solidification shrinkage and the evolution of dissolved gases. The presence of porosity is inevitable to a certain extent in any casting, can be very detrimental with respect to the mechanical properties. In general Aluminium alloys solidify over a wide temperature range, and therefore, their solidification mode is of the mushy type. Also, due to good thermal conductivity and high latent heat, it is difficult to maintain steep temperature gradients during casting solidification. When suitably designed, risers can eliminate macroporosity, but may not be effective in preventing microporosity formation in the inter dendritic regions. Other means such as chilling to establish favorable temperature gradients are required to achieve soundness. In this project, the effects of casting design parameters i.e. section thickness, Taper, risers and chills on microshrinkage porosity and microstructure have been investigated experimentally in a wide freezing range Aluminium- 4.5% Copper alloy. Hollow cylindrical geometry castings, which are widely produced in automotive, aerospace and defence industries were sand cast under different designs. Cooling curves were recorded for different locations in the castings. Castings were subjected to X-ray radiography to evaluate internal soundness over the entire height. Castings were sectioned for density measurement and percent porosity values were calculated from the measured densities. Metallographic observations were carried out to characterize the type of microstructure, size and distribution of porosity. Results from the evaluations were compiled and correlated to the solidification parameters which, in turn were controlled by the casting design variables.

A ML Framework For DGA-Malware Detection
R.Deepa, K.Gagan Kumar, G.Prashanth
DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2021.8844
Abstract: Malware has always been a threat to the computer world, but with fast growth in the use of the Internet, malware severely affects the computer world. Malware predictors and detectors are critical tools in defense against malware. The existing malware detectors and predictors have been created, the effectiveness of these detectors and predictors depend upon the techniques being used. This study specifically, addressed the following objectives. Real-time detection of domain names that are generated using the domain generating algorithms (DGA) is a challenging cyber security challenge. DGAs can constantly generate large amounts of domains to evade blacklist detection. Traditional malware control methods, such as blacklisting, are insufficient to handle DGA threats. In-order to solve this problem we decided to use machine learning algorithms to detect DGA domains and compare the performance of these algorithms. In this research project, we first performed feature engineering. Then applied preprocessed data to machine learning models like a random forest, LSTM, logistic regression. Data Protection in India in reference to Personal Data Protection Bill 2019 and IT Act 2000
Dr. Anusuya Yadav, Gaurav Yadav
DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2021.8845
Abstract: The ever-growing internet usage has also increased user data. This user data collectively known as Big Data is the reason behind the increasing data breaches. The data of thousands of users is compromised every day. But this is not the only threat that we are facing. Digital Advertisements are one of the greatest means of capital generation in the present time. Companies earn by showing advertisements to the users, based on their search queries. Due to this illegal use of personal and private data to increase business profits is also increasing nowadays. This is a breach of privacy concerns. In a country like India having no data protection law makes it much easier for such tech giants. Although there are a few laws regarding privacy, but all of them aren't sufficient in this internet-driven world. Now, whatever laws are there that prevent them from doing so, till now Indian citizens are dependent on them only. The proposed regimes under the Personal Data Protection Bill 2019 are expected to be much more robust in protecting data in comparison to existing regimes, which are incapable of protecting data sufficiently. This paper provides a comparison of existing and proposed rules and regulations for data protection. It also provides an overview of how personal data is used to generate capital.

Political Economy of Social Work Practices
Monika Yadav
DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2021.8848
Abstract: The social services are in a precarious position in world. Humans face retrenchment, budgetary constraints that endanger essential services, and unemployment among social sector workers after decades of growth. Traditional political advocates of human services provide only a hesitant and skeptical response to regressive attacks. Political economics is the study of how the dissemination of political and economic power in a society affects the development and policies that affect it. India is a signatory to the "Universal Declaration of Human Rights". It has a "unique mix of justiciable and non-justiciable rights in its written constitution. The human rights movement in India, as well as its intellectual discourse, has been put to the test owing to the country's unique political complexity, as well as the historical, social, and cultural" differences across its states. Caste, class, and gender discrimination, poverty, a lack of education, and a lack of knowledge are all significant impediments to popularizing and internalizing human rights and turning it into a mass drive. A few people control most of the power in India, where the overwhelming majority of people are impoverished and frequently socially underprivileged, but democratic growth has begun to lessen the grip of elite rule in recent years. It investigates the factors influencing the politics of social practice in India and offers strategies for social workers to develop successful solutions in schooling, rehearsal, philosophy, and investigate.

GENOMIC EVIDENCES FOR THE OCCURRENCE OF LEARNING DISABILITIES
Sana Fatima,, Dr. Madhu Singh
DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2021.8850
Abstract: It is a well-established fact strongly supported by various studies that the occurrence of any sort of disorder since birth is a result of some or the other interference with the genetic setup of the child. Whether it is a direct inheritance from affected people in the family or any condition that enhances the already present yet recessive trait in the child. Time and again since the discovery of these learning disabilities it is the area of interest of the scientists and the researchers as to what sort of alterations in the genes cause such abnormalities. Many studies have been conducted to understand the reason behind the occurrence of such abnormalities in the children. It is still a matter of great curiosity that we are still far away from the conclusion that these learning disabilities are due to an alteration in a certain gene or set of genes and the change in the structure and number of chromosomes present in the cell and the exact reason for any such alteration. Time and again relentless research is being carried out to get to the root cause of the disability so that the children suffering from this and their parents are provided help at the earliest and adequate counselling. This paper is an attempt to get an insight at the role of genes and chromosomes in the occurrence of learning disorders in individuals.

Abstract: The birth of a newborn is a moment of tremendous joy for the mother, and every mother has the complete right to experience it. In India, pregnancy is considered a normal physiological phenomenon, and often hospital check-ups are only done when a medical issue is being faced by the women. This behaviour can sometimes be dangerous for both the mother and baby. Pregnancy-related complications are sharply increasing in developing countries like India. Poor maternal nutritional status of women before and during pregnancy due to their own childhood undernutrition, low level of BMI at conception, inadequate gestational weight gain due to poor dietary choices has serious implications on the mother and the baby. As in all cultures, certain beliefs and practices exist during this period of pregnancy and in rural areas of India, this is even more common. Most food practices and traditions of India have stemmed from deeply rooted traditions and customs. This often leads to hindrance in the consumption of healthy foods which can help in the prevention of chronic diseases during this stage and as well as at a later period of life. This mini-review reveals the important traditional healthy foods across various regions of Indian which can be beneficial during the gestational period and also focuses on pregnancy beliefs among women. Relevant papers were identified from Google Scholar, PubMed, and ScienceDirect by using various combinations of terms related to recommended foods in pregnancy. Keywords- pregnancy, traditional foods, maternal health, nutritional factors, Indian Health foods, Indian women, food practices.

Abstract: Snacking is likely to play an important role in the development of overweight and obesity, yet little is known about the contexts of snacking how it influences other dietary habits, like meal skipping. Google questionnaire was developed to elicit information on socio demographic data, anthropometric data, physical activity and the snacking pattern of the respondents. Among the selected young adults 71% were females and only 29% were males. Around 46% were between the age group of 18-20 years, 49% were between 21-23 years and only 5% belongs 24-26 years. Only 38% of the subjects were normal, 28% overweight, six percent of the subjects were under grade I obesity. More than three hours onscreen usage was recorded by 15% on TV and 82% on mobile phones. Nearly 64% consumed snacks once in a day, 22% twice a day and 14% more than twice a day. Around 18% preferred to eat fast foods, 41% preferred to eat homemade items, 19% chosen to eat packed items and 21% preferred to eat bakery products. From the selected subjects nearly 92% included fruits in their menu and 8% not included fruits. It was found that 70% of the participants involved in regular physical activity and 40% not have done any type of physical activity. Nutritional education was provided for all the selected young adults by using e-poster to enhance the physical activity, enrich the dietary pattern and to improve healthy snacking pattern. The e-posters were posted to all the selected young adult subjects through e-mode. Faulty dietary behavior and snacking pattern with nil physical activity among the young adults were the reason for why they were much vulnerable to weight gain. Healthy snacking should be encouraged and consumption of high fat and sodium containing foods like packaged foods, fried foods should be replaced by the consumption of fruits and vegetables.

DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2021.8866
Abstract: When mental illness first strikes, family members may deny the person has a continuing illness. During the acute episode family members will be alarmed by what is happening to their loved one. When the episode is over and the family member returns home, everyone will feel a tremendous sense of relief. All involved want to put this painful time in the past and focus on the future. When a spouse falls mentally ill among many of its implications and consequences is the sense of loss of control over the situation. Although many goals are idiosyncratic, the ability to control one's life seems to be highly valued by most people. Mastery over one's life represents a key concern in some assessments of quality of life. The perception of the situation as one over which the individual has no control, however temporarily can be a cause of stress for the spouses involved. The present research "A study on coping style among family members of mentally ill" was an attempt to assess the level of coping styles among family members of mentally ill people.

Abstract: Aviation Industry has held its stead and ensured corporate business across the world. India saw the growth of airlines from the beginning of the twentieth century albeit, in the private sector, India also witnessed Nationalization followed by privatization. With a multitude of domestic and global players, aviation in India grew leaps and bounds. Many private airlines wound up on various accounts, many were born as well. The Government of India ensured that Air India and its subsidiaries which were successful till the 1970s and were losing steam on account of bureaucratic and political apathy was funding the behemoth, which turned out to be a loss-making enterprise. The world of aviation has seen plenty of Acquisitions, Mergers, Joint-ventures, Alliances, Partnerships and other business combinations as researched and studied by Prof. Benjamin Gomes-Casseres in his Remix Strategy. The Research paper is a work in progress which is focusing on the dynamics of what the TATA Sons are doing to ensure a revert back to the business that they originally founded in 1932.

DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2021.8868
Abstract: Internet of things grew swiftly and many services, software, sensors-embedded electronic devices and related protocols were developed and still in progress with full swing. Internet of things enabling physically existing things to see, hear, think and perform a notable task by allowing them to talk to each other and share useful information while making decision and caring-on/out their important tasks. Internet of things is greatly promoted by wireless sensor network as it becomes a perpetual layer for it. Wireless sensor network works as a base-stone for most of the Internet of things applications. There are severe general and specific threats and technical challenges to Internet of things-based sensor networks which must overcome to ensure adaptation and diffusion of it. Most of the limitations of wireless sensor networks are due to its resource constraint objects nature. The specified open research challenges in Internet of things- based sensor network are power consumption, network lifespan, network throughput, routing and network security. To overcome aforementioned problems, this work aimed to prolong network lifetime, improve throughput, decrease packet latency/packet loss and further improvise in encountering malicious nodes. To further tune the network lifetime in terms of energy, wireless harvesting energy is suggested in proposed three-layer cluster-based wireless sensor network routing protocol. The proposed mechanism is a three-tier clustering technique with implanted security mechanism to encounter malicious activities of sensor nodes and to slant them into blacklist. It is a centred-based clustering protocol, where selection of cluster head and grid head is carried out by sink node based on the value of its cost function. Moreover, hardware-based link quality estimators are used to check link effectiveness and to further improve routing efficiency. At the end, excessive experiments have been carried out to check efficacy of the proposed protocol. It outperforms most of its counterpart protocols such as fuzzy logic-based unequal clustering and ant colony optimization- based routing hybrid, Artificial Bee Colony-SD, enhanced three-layer hybrid clustering mechanism and energy aware multi-hop routing in terms of network lifetime, network throughput, average energy consumption and packet latency. Keywords- Clustering, energy efficiency, Internet of things, wireless harvesting energy, link quality, network lifespan, three tier, wireless sensor network.

DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2021.8871
Abstract: Mizo fiction written in Mizo ṭawng (Mizo language) of the Mizo peoples is an important branch of Mizo literature. Mizo literature underwent significant changes in 1920s when large number of poetry and drama appeared in the hands of literary men. This is mainly due to the arrival of Christian missionaries and it was an age of peace and social contentment. Christianity soon spread to the whole of Mizoram and in no time, many people were converted into Christian. "Christianity began to stop their primitive pre-notion that huai (demons) lived in caves, trees, a small mound in a jhum and to give up such superstitions, the Lushai Superintendent had taken strong initiative and made an order that those who were involved in such superstitions will be accused...that is why the period may be regarded as Golden Period". As such there is no major obstacle that can hamper the growth of Mizo fiction and this peaceful atmosphere in the land became manure for further development of Mizo fiction. Therefore, this paper will be an attempt to reflect or highlight kinds of tendencies and theme of Mizo fiction.

DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2021.8877
Abstract: As we all know Pavement is a structure constructed to provide safe, durable and good riding surface with minimum maintenance. Hence it is very much important to make the pavement functionally and structurally sound throughout its life. The ability to characterize asphalt pavement materials in terms of their fundamental properties is becoming increasingly more important. The performance of the bituminous pavements mainly depends upon the material property, gradation, type of filler material, binder, mixing and compaction temperature. Therefore, it is essential to study the effect of temperature both during mixing and compacting the material to produce a given mix. The variation in the temperature during mixing and compacting will result in variation in bituminous mix fundamental properties. This paper will show how the effect of compaction temperature changes in Marshall properties of different Bituminous Concrete mixes such as 80/100 Grade and PMB (Polymer Modified Binder) and also variation in Marshall Properties in soaked condition will show how the pavement react when it comes in contact with water during rain.

Abstract: A methodology is introduced with oversee waste in large urban areas adequately without checking the parts 24x7 physically. Here the issue of disordered waste assortment is addressed by planning an Arduino Uno framework which will screen every dumpster exclusively for the measure of waste kept. Here a computerized framework is accommodated isolating wet and dry waste. A mechanical arrangement can be utilized for isolating wet and dry waste into independent compartments. Sensors can be utilized for isolating wet and dry. In this process, IR sensor detects the object when placed. Based on the moisture content present in the object, moisture sensor will detect the type of waste. The waste is segregated accordingly in to the bins. It leads to reduced quantities of hazardous waste and toxic gases like carbon-di-oxide and methane. It also reduces human efforts.
