It's about anticipating future needs and circumstances rather than simply finding a response to a changing present situation. Human resource management (HRM) and development, learning, knowledge management and innovation represent complex and dynamic fields that draw upon multiple disciplines and emphasis the need for multilevel consideration. The present study aims to provide clarity about innovative HRM, measurements, determinants of innovative HRM, impact of Innovations on HRM and how innovative HRM relates to organizational innovation.
