Abstract: The automated temperature monitoring device provides data transmission to external computing systems, including a computer. This restriction requires the direct presence of external devices near the person whose temperature is being measured. Since the automated device is portable, which can be used in home, outdoor and camping conditions, as well as the objects of measurement can be children, the elderly and people with limited self-movement abilities, the aforementioned disadvantage created additional inconveniences. This article discusses the problems of integrating a Wi-Fi device to an automated temperature monitoring device in order to organize wireless data exchange in external devices.

DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2021.81004
Abstract: Alternaria alternata (Fr.) Keissl. is well known plant pathogen, food spoiler causing major damage to food commodities and also a common allergens in humans. It is reported as pathogens of wheat responsible for causing seed discoloration, seedling emergence, seed rots, seedling blight, rotting and a patent producer of variety of magnitude of metabolites of medical importance. In present study, attempts were made to grow the pathogen in artificial culture broth for period of 20 days for metabolite production. The culture filtrate thus obtained was graded in different concentrations and each was tested against wheat seeds and studied parameter such as seed germination rate seedling emergence and green biomass production. The rate of seed germination; the shoot length; biomass of shoot was declined against untreated control. Control seeds did not express many changes. The inhibitory effect was more pronounced for these parameters in response to increase in concentration of culture filtrate. Absolute culture filtrate had greater phytotoxic effect against control and the seed soaked in Czapek's broth nutrition medium enhanced seed germination, seedling emergence and green biomass production.

MOHANA PRIYA, Dr.PRAVEENA
Abstract: Plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) are often used as inoculants to promote the growth and yield of agricultural crops, however PGPR strain selection is extremely important. This bacteria colonies plant roots and promote plant growth through a variety of mechanisms including phytohormone production, improved water and nutrient uptake, improved nitrogen availability in the soil, production of ACC-deaminase for ethylene breakdown, phosphate solubilization, siderophore production, phytoremdiation, and phytopathogen defense. Microbial Auxin production is the primary component that promotes healthy plant growth and development. The ability of PGPR to produce phytohormones can be used to boost plant growth, reducing the need for chemical fertilizers and their harmful effects on the environment. The work in this study includes isolation, screening, molecular identification, and applying effective PGPR strains based on their ability to produce auxin in vitro. The soil samples were serially diluted, and the appropriate dilution was placed onto nutrient agar media. Invitro screening was performed on isolated colonies using the Salkowski reagent, which results in a pink coloring. The existence of IAA producers is indicated by the appearance of pink colour. This isolated organism was subjected to DNA isolation after passing morphological and biochemical tests. 16S PCR was used to amplify the isolated DNA. The bacteria was identified as Pseudomonas fluorescence after sequencing and analysing the amplified products with BLAST. When compared to other strains, Pseudomonas has a higher ability to produce auxin. In addition, a pot experiment in plants was carried out to test the influence of auxin (IAA) production by the isolated strain.

Abstract: It is rightly said that sustainable tourism is important as it generates sustainable local economies. Moreover, sustainable development is a must for any country to achieve Economic development. India is remarkably known for its rich diverse heritage. It is also well-known for all types of tourist destinations at one place. The purpose behind this research study indicates that sustainable tourism not only maintains environmental balance but also boosts the Economic growth and development of a country. The objective of this research shows India's present need of Economic development without hampering the environment. The research work also shows that India, despite being one of the fastest developing economies in the world, is still a developing country and not a developed country yet. India is classified as the world's fifth biggest economy by nominal GDP and the third largest by purchasing power parity. According to the IMF, on a per capita basis, India ranked 142nd by GDP and 119th by GDP per capita in the year 2018. In spite of all these factors it is seen that the Indian Economy is still lagging behind the developed economies. The paper also provides a theoretical framework on how sustainable tourism helps to create employment opportunities without compromising the socio-cultural and environmental heritage, finally leading India to achieve sustainable development resulting it to enter into a path of developed nation.

Cloud Kitchen: A Profitable Venture
Twinkle Beniwal, Dr. Vidhu K. Mathur
DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2021.81010
Abstract: This study examines the profitability of running a cloud kitchen over a traditional restaurant when it is pursued with the same level of efforts from the entrepreneur. Cloud kitchen with its many advantages over the traditional setup of a restaurant has shown to be a more profitable option in most of the cases. Cloud kitchens are not here to replace restaurants, it is just an additional food serving avenue for consumers. Only people who want to spend quality time with friends, colleagues, and family members will visit restaurants. For consumers who wish to enjoy and celebrate at home, cloud kitchens are available. These are two different venues altogether and none of them are here to replace each other. With direct competition with aggregators, new players are expanding the overall market. It fairly seems possible that in the future even lower-end traditional restaurants also will migrate to new norms and methods. Cloud kitchen hence seem a viable option for its enhanced efficiency in reach of customers, costs, time, ease, and regulated operations.

DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2021.81023
Abstract: Banana Bunchy Top Disease is one of the most severe disease in banana. It is caused by Banana Bunchy Top Virus. The disease is highly prevalent in Africa and Asia. The virus is transmitted by some kind of sources. One of the main source of transmission is through banana aphid - the Pentalonia nigronervosa. The vector is globally distributed and transmits the virus. The virus also spreads through contaminated planting material, and it is also found that all banana cultivars were vulnerable due to a lack of known resistance sources. The symptoms of bunchy top of banana are unique and easily recognised from those produced by other banana viruses. Plants that have been infected have a 'bunchy top' look and rosette appearance. Plants that have been affected do not recover or revive. The virus has a multi-component genome made up of at least six circular DNA segments, single stranded DNA (ssDNA) components ranging in length from 1000 to 1100 nucleotides. Because the 3D structure of the proteins linked with BBTV has yet to be established by experimental approaches, we projected the protein structure using comparative modelling. The research focusses on comparative modelling and simulation of replication initiation protein in Banana Bunchy Top Virus.

Abstract: Farming is a very old and a well-known traditional occupation in India. The farming which is said to be done with a very healthy note in olden days is now not addressed the same. There is a growing importance on health benefits as people are becoming conscious about the food they and their family members consume. Through the concept is not new to us. We are seeing a rise in organic farming, as it is the need of all of us. Consumers are becoming highly conscious about their health and the foods they consume more and more people are opting for organic food to avoid the consumption of foods to avoid that are grown using chemical preservatives. India is bestowed with lot of potential to produce all varieties of organic products due to its agro-climatic regions. In several parts of the country, the inherited tradition of organic farming is an added advantage. The study reveals that there is significant demand for organically grown producer. Hence, more retail outlets can be established, which results validates in self-employment and sustainable nature of farming that can be promoted. Organic farming systems have attracted increasing attention over the last one decade, because they are perceived to offer some solutions to the problems currently besetting the agricultural sector. Organic farming has the potential to provide benefits in terms of environment protection, conservation of non-renewable resources and improved food quality. Organic farming continues to be developed by various organic agriculture organizations today. It relies on fertilizers of organic origin such as compost manure, green manure, and bone meal and places emphasis on techniques such as crop rotation and companion planting. Biological pest control, mixed cropping and fostering of insect predators are encouraged.

DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2021.81029
Abstract: The silk manufacturing segment is one of the prominent commercial arenas which are directly related to nature. The variants of natural silk available in Indian ecosphere are 'Mulberry', 'Tasar', 'Muga' and 'Eri' with 'Mulberry' covering a major portion of the market and the latter ones covering remaining one tenth portion of the market which are extremely rare to find and fetch high prices. The silk manufacturing segment has been significant from the economic perspective because of its high profit yielding potential which contributes in augmenting national income and providing employment to large number of people which contributes in augmenting per capita income and raising living standard. Another significance of silk manufacturing segment is that it attracts significant foreign exchange for the country. Silk manufacturing, as lucrative as it seems, has undergone a revolutionary phase owing to rapid technological up gradations. The manufacturing techniques, quality of produce and demand trends are also changing along with these innovations. The traditional manufacturing techniques were devoid of present day innovations but it cannot be said that they were in total harmony with sustainability. The present day techniques which are influenced by technological up gradations also have their own pros and cons. This study aims to study the synchronism and harmony between silk manufacturing and ecological sustainability along with analyzing the positive and negative impacts of silk manufacturing from sustainability point of view, the effect of technological up gradations on sustainability & economic development of the industry. This analysis studies the degree of association between sustainability and economic development along with analyzing future growth prospects for the segment keeping the objective of sustainability in consideration.

ENVIRONMENT IMPACT ASSESSMENT- PREVENTION BETTER THAN CURE
Dr. DHARMAPURIKAR MAHESH LAXMANRAO
DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2021.81033
Abstract: Environment Impact Assessment (EIA) is an effort to anticipate, measure and weight the socio-economic and bio-Physical changes that may result from a proposed project. It assist decision makers in considering the proposed project's environmental costs and benefits. Where the benefits sufficiently exceed the costs, the project can be viewed as environmentally justified. The environmental harm from a large project could be reduced if it's probable environmental impacts were explored before the projects inception. The modern technological state intensifies the conflict between environmental values and developmental needs. Legal strategies are necessary to reconcile this conflict, and to augment sustainable development. EIA is an instrument of reconciliation. The Council on European Economic Committee, in the following words: The effects of a project on the environment must be assessed in order to take account of the concerns to protect human health, to contribute by means of a better environment to the quality of life, to ensure maintenance of the diversity of species and to maintain the reproductive capacity of the ecosystem as basic resource of life. Any project utilizing natural resources beyond their self-replenishing capacities or discharging emissions/wastes beyond assimilation capacities of receiving bodies, will have a profound impact on the environment. The extent of the impact will vary from project to project and from location to location. EIA is an effort to anticipate the measures and weigh the socio-economic and bio-physical changes that may result from a proposed project. Thus, EIA is potentially one of the most valuable, interdisciplinary, and objective decision making tools with respect to alternate routes for development, process technologies, and project sites.

PAPR OFDM Reduction Technique Using Clipping Filtering Method
Rachmad Saptono, Farida Arinie Soelistianto, Martono Dwi Atmadja
DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2021.81034
Abstract: Orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) is a transmission technique widely used by various wireless communication technologies. The OFDM system still has a weakness, which is the high value of the peak to average power ratio (PAPR). The high PAPR value causes inefficient use of power amplifiers (PA). With this incident, a more effective way is needed to reduce the PA, namely by using a pre-distorter on the OFDM signal before entering the high power amplifier (HPA). The purpose of decreasing the PAPR value is to compensate for the nonlinearity of the HPA and simultaneously improve system performance. The value of the input signal strength that is close to the PA nonlinear saturation region will experience nonlinear distortion and result in a worse system. A decrease in the PAPR value will be carried out to reduce the signal that has a large amplitude from the possibility that could occur. Therefore, in this OFDM system, a clipping filtering technique will be used, with the value of the clipping ratio (CR) to produce the PAPR0 value, through the CCDF (Complementary Cumulative Distribution Function) curve. The results of the study using a Clipping Filtering to determine the minimum PAPR reduction value in the form of a CCDF (Complementary Cumulative Distribution Function) curve with a predetermined Clipping Ratio (CR) value parameter, the results of observing the probability of PAPR > PAPR0 are 10-4 on an OFDM transmitter system without reduction (OFDM) produces a PAPR0 value of 9,727 dB.

Abstract: In the present world it is basic to locate another fuel source because of the expanded industrialization and consumption of normal assets. The strategy for acquiring biodiesel from different sources and mixing them with diesel is embraced in numerous financially created and creating nations around the globe. This paper explores the usage of jatropha mix with diesel in DI-diesel motor. The presentation and ignition attributes of mixes 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% jatropha with perfect diesel. It is discovered that the mixes of biodiesel like jatropha with flawless diesel could substitute in the spot of unadulterated diesel and be utilized as a substitute wellspring of fuel sooner rather than later, hence sparing the common assets for the future age. Execution parameter like brake warm proficiency, explicit fuel utilization, demonstrated productivity, volumetric effectiveness, mechanical proficiency, brakes power is assessed and last end is drawn. As an inexhaustible, manageable and elective fuel for pressure start motors, biodiesel rather than diesel has been progressively fuelled to ponder its impacts on motor exhibitions and ignition qualities in the ongoing 10 years. Be that as it may, these examinations have been seldom evaluated to support comprehension and promotion for biodiesel up until this point. From these reports, the impact of biodiesel on motor power, economy, solidness and burning and the relating impact components are reviewed and dissected in detail. Ganesh Kumar
DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2021.81039
Abstract: Conocarpus is an evergreen, beautiful, and significant ornamental tree that is planted mainly for its aesthetic value, shade, and enjoyment. Because of its resistance to extreme weather conditions, including hot and cold, and ease of trimming and planting particularly in urban areas it spreads quickly. There is an ongoing discussion over its detrimental effects, which include clogging drainage and water pipelines in residential areas and causing health problems including asthma and pollen allergies. Additionally, the state governments in India began to impose bans on newly established plantations. Conversely, extant literature indicates possible advantages for humankind. The civilians, intellectuals, policy officials, governments, etc. are therefore uncertain about the best course of action moving forward. It is now time to present the data and facts about the advantages and disadvantages of this magnificent pleasure tree.
