QUALITY IMPROVEMENT METHODOLOGIES – PDCA CYCLE AND SIX SIGMA IN E-LEARNING SYSTEM

Abstract: With increasing demand for E-learning, there is growing concern about the ability to ensure its quality.This paper identifies the e-learning system quality issues, which are related to the user, teacher, course, design, technology, and environment. Then the paper discusses how to implement the Total Quality Management (TQM) in e-learning system to achieve the most advantages from it.
