Abstract: Fintech also called financial technology has been on the block and revolutionizing demand since it was first introduced. Multiple applications make complete use and application of fintech and apply to the real world. Fintech mainly deals with the use of technology to solve most financial problems and gain a much better count on providing the most efficient services to real-time customers. The growing stimulant and popularity of Fintech have been to such an extent that almost the majority of software solutions utilize it. It has outgrown to develop a spur of payment solutions to most of the software technologies, educational institutions, and other public registration offices. Fintech necessitates having good development and understanding of the most recently adopted, digital methods of payments and enables every individual to have a clear understanding of financial services, online banking, mobile banking, and similar other requirements. However, certain problems comprehend with the utilization of Fintech. False charging by the operators working on a sector level, lack of awareness of using digitization payments among the public, and lack of knowledge of new systems adopted such as online payments, and cryptocurrency is some of the challenges and roadblocks that are dealt with with the use of Digitization. To address these problems and bring an effective solution that can be utilized by everyone irrespective of their background, we have implemented a real-time model that can be used. The model is centralized and utilized mainly by public registration offices, payment services, and other institutions that have good crowds. With the transition of the financial ecosystem in India, such as the implementation of demonetization in 2016, digitization has made more sense and is being used everywhere. The main objective of the model is to bring together the different methods of digital payments, and cashless integration of payments and understand their use cases effectively to build a stronger and sound financial ecosystem.

DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2023.10404
Abstract: The safety of workers has been on the front burner since the era of industrialization and is a priority for the United Nations. It is recognized as a basic human right in the United Nations universal declaration of Human Rights, 1948. This study examined the extent of workers' compliance with measures for a safe environment in some selected quarries in the Bwari Area Council of the FCT. A descriptive survey research design was used for the study. The population of the study consisted of 2876 workers of quarry industries in the area under survey. A sample of 287 workers was chosen using a proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The instrument for data collection was a 15-item structured questionnaire tagged Measures for a Safe Environment Compliance Questionnaire (MSECQ). Internal consistency of the instrument was determined using Cronbach alpha co-efficient and the overall reliability coefficient was 0.96. Research questions were answered using mean and standard deviation while hypotheses were tested using a t-test and one-way analysis of variance. The alpha level for the test of hypotheses was set at 0.05. The results show that workers highly comply with measures for a safe environment, and exhibit low compliance with measures for a safe environment in relation to reporting safety problems and every faulty equipment to management. There is no significant difference between male and female workers in the level of compliance with measures for a safe environment. There is a significant difference in workers' compliance with measures for a safe environment based on their level of education. It is recommended that the National Environmental Standards and Regulations Enforcement Agency (NESREA) and Mines Inspectorate Department (MID) should liaise with state and local health authorities in the health education of quarry workers and general control of quarries. Also, owners of quarries should take responsibility for every act of non-compliance in quarries and should ensure regular health education and training of workers and regular hazard control in the quarries. Abstract: Large class size is a big challenge in most public tertiary educational institutions in Nigeria. This study investigated the effects of Class Size on Students Academic Performance in an introduction to computer science (CMP 111) Course, at Kebbi-State polytechnic Dakin-Gari, Nigeria. The study employed quasi-experimental research approach to answer research question (RQ) by using experimental and control group. The experimental group (small class size) and control group (Larger class size) students of National Diploma I (ND I) enrolled in an introduction to computer science course in the school of applied sciences, department of Computer Science and Science Laboratory Technology at Kebbi-State Polytechnic Dakin-gari. The population of the study comprised fifty (50) students participated as experimental group (small class size) and One hundred and fifty (150) as control group (Larger class size) in the course. Therefore, a total of Two hundred (200) students participated in the study. Data were collected using 20 items essay test questions with reliability coefficients of 0.76 and analysed with SPSS-V21 using independent sample t-test. The investigation were guided by one (1) research question and one (1) null research hypotheses (Ho) at significance alpha value .05 level. The study revealed that class size had an effect on the academic performance of the students where students in small class size recorded higher performance than their peers in large class sizes. Therefore, in this study, it was concluded that classroom size significantly influence academic performance of students in the course. The relationship between classroom size and academic performance was found to be inversely related. Students in large classrooms performed poorly, while students in small classroom size performed better academically. To ensure a more meaningful academic performance among the students, small class sizes are needed to improve the interaction between Lecturers and students. Based on this finding, the study recommended that it is pertinent that the management of the colleges studied pay attention to the class sizes so as to ensure good academic performance.

DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2023.10407
Abstract: Prediction of surface roughness and dimensional inaccuracies is an essential prerequisite for any unmanned computer numeric controlled (CNC) machinery. This prediction technique is also important for optimization of machining process. In the present work, it is observed that, using Taguchi approach, the quality of surface finish can be predicted within a reasonable degree of accuracy by taking the amplitude of vibration of tool holder into account. Surface roughness and tool vibrations are the critical factors which influence the quality of the machined parts. In this research paper, an attempt has been made to optimize the cutting conditions to get predicted surface roughness in turning of 6061-T6511 Aluminium alloy rod. The experiment was designed using Taguchi method and 9 experimental runs were conducted for various combinations of cutting parameters. The orthogonal array, signal to noise ratio and analysis of variance (ANOVA) were employed to study the performance characteristics at different conditions. In order to analyse the response of the system, experiments were carried out at various spindle speeds, depth of cut and feed rate. The results obtained by this research will be useful for various industries and researchers working in this field.

Abstract: The recent advance in nanotechnology has lead to the development of targeted medicine delivery system. still, targeting a patch to a particular point using a medicine delivery system effectively requires a technical medicine delivery system. The discovery of nanosponge has come a significant step in prostrating certain problems similar as medicine toxin, poor bioavailability and release of medicine in a predictable fashion as they can accommodate both hydrophilic and hydrophobic medicine. Nanosponges can be appertained to as solid pervious patches having a capacity to load medicines and other actives into their nano cavity; they can be formulated as oral, parenteral, topical or inhalation lozenge forms. Because the medicine can be released at the specific target point rather of circulating throughout the body it'll be more effective for a particular given lozenge. Another important character of these bloodsuckers is their waterless solubility; this allows the use of these systems effectively for medicines with poor solubility. In this, operation of nanosponges, styles of medication, evaluation parameter have been bandied.

Abstract: Testing heating and chilling capabilities in a single product is required for the design and fabrication of a portable warm chiller. Instead of using the traditional refrigeration approach, the Peltier effect is used to create cold temperatures. The Peltier effect, a thermoelectric system, is how this operates. The Peltier device, the centrepiece of the project, is made up of a heatsink, which acts as a heat reservoir and dissipates heat from the device into the atmosphere. Heat exchangers include heat sinks as well. This project's significance lies in the creation of a mobile gadget that may be utilized wherever you like. Additionally, if we choose, we can create this item by conserving energy once and utilize it whenever we like in the future.

DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2023.10424
Abstract: Anabolic androgenic steroids (AAS) have a number of adverse effects on the cardiovascular system that can lead to sudden cardiac death. Long-term abuse of anabolic steroids by athletes has been reported by many researchers to result in a low cardiac ejection fraction. Anabolic androgenic steroid abuse has been associated with acute myocardial infarction and fatal ventricular arrhythmias. Anabolic steroids are not only present in professional sports but also affect amateur athletes who are making increased use of performance-enhancing drugs. The primary objective of the article is to improve awareness of the risk factors and consequences of adverse effects of anabolic steroids by athletes and to save the lives of athletes due to heart attack (myocardial infarction). Anabolic androgenic steroids are the most commonly used substances. To improve an athlete's exercise performance and body image. Heart attack is scientifically also known as acute myocardial infarction, which occurs when the blood supply to the heart is cut off or a clot forms. Heart disease is still the leading cause of death in India. Common risk factors and causes of heart attack are diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, family history of heart disease, sedentary lifestyle, smoking, occupational and academic stress, drinking too much alcohol, poor dietary habits, HIV, high cholesterol level and old age etc. Excessive use of anabolic steroids has been associated with the development of a reversible dilated cardiomyopathy and potentially severe heart failure and cardiac arrest.

Abstract: In recent times, earth is suffering from huge pollution, which is caused due to traditional IC engine vehicles. So, the entire world is moving to a new trend of electric vehicles, which is pollution-free and higher efficient over traditional vehicles (IC engine vehicle). Transport electrification is one of the most significant areas of study by the industrialists over the past years. Electric vehicles (EVs) are taking over market share of traditional internal combustion engine vehicles. The growing attractiveness of EVs contributes to a higher number of charging stations, with significant grid impacts. Innumerable operational approaches, as well as methods of grid integration, are being developed to reduce the negative effects of EV charging and to optimize the benefits of EV grid integration. In this study, the developments on electric vehicles and its customization over a period of time till now have been delivered. This research work is based on numerous batteries used in Electric Vehicles (EV), several drive systems with its benefits and charging methodologies in recent time has been made along with its Cons to provide better knowledge for researchers to promote substantial augmentation of EV. An individual need not be an automobile designer to comprehend that the lesser fuel a motor devours the better it is, and the less poisons delivered, and the cleaner the air we inhale. Lamentably, enhancing the variables in that mathematical statement is getting to be progressively troublesome. To accomplish extra mileage changes, we have started to concentrate on expanding productivity in ranges where enhancements are significantly more troublesome and expensive to attain to - to a great extent on powertrain segments, for example, the transmission This stems from the way that transmissions work over a scope of force conditions, for example, low speed-high torque to fast low torque, and in addition through an assortment of apparatus proportions. To accomplish picks up here, we have tested the traditional speculation connected with powertrain capacities and plans.

Abstract: Food adulteration is a critical issue that endangers public health and safety. Cheaper and potentially dangerous substitutes are used to increase profits, resulting in severe health problems. To address this problem, our project proposes a machine learning-based solution that detects and sorts adulterated food products through a web-based application. Our primary focus is on identifying Khesari dal in the mixture of Toor dal, which contains a neurotoxin that can cause paralysis, cancer, and skeletal deformity. The aim of our system is to replace the manual inspection process to speed up the process while improving precision and efficiency. The system takes a picture of the dal and analyses it to extract grain features such as size and colour. Tampered dal can be identified based on picture pixels. Sorting is done based on visual characteristics such as size and colour. Our proposed solution is cost-effective, efficient, and scalable, offering a reliable and practical solution to food adulteration while ensuring consumer safety and protecting the interests of honest producers.

DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2023.10431
Abstract: Music has consistently been a mainstream medium in light of the fact that it can loosen up our pressing factors of life. Nonetheless, what is interesting to an individual could move under his or her various feelings. For instance, the favoured in a pitiful mode is conceivably unique in relation to that in a cheerful way. To focus on this issue, Music information retrieval (MIR) was proposed for perceiving melodic feelings. Previously, although a few investigations have been made on feelings of acknowledgment, their adequacy isn't agreeable. A potential explanation is that the sound highlights removed are not strong enough to segregate the variety of sounds and feelings. Subsequently, in this paper, we propose a successful acknowledgment technique that melds Deep learning (DL), Machine Learning (ML), and Convolutional neural networks (CNN). The significant distinction between the proposed technique and customary sound-based investigations is that the proposed strategy totals the halfway acknowledgment consequences to accomplish better acknowledgment exactness. The trial results on a genuine dataset of CAL500 show that the proposed strategy performs in a way that is better than some other sound-based feeling marking techniques.

Abstract: Voice and language are the primary ways that people communicate. Because we have the ability to hear, we can communicate thoughts to one another. Even now, we may still give commands thanks to speech recognition. What happens, though, if a person becomes entirely deaf and finally mute? Since sign language is the main form of communication for deaf and mute people, much research into the automatic interpretation of sign language must be done in order to maintain their independence. Machine learning and image processing have assisted in the development of numerous methodologies and algorithms in this area. Every system that understands sign language has undergone training to recognize the signs and convert them into the required patterns. In this article, sign language is captured as a series of edited photos. Python was used, and the results were afterwards translated to text and audio.

DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2023.10436
Abstract: In today's modern life, the demand on electricity is greater than the production of it. One of the biggest issues that has been realized is that natural resources are going to be finished one day and a replacement is to be found. In order to overcome such problems, the use of renewable energy sources is very important. Renewable energy sources such as wind and solar has gained command over the last few decades. The output of these sources depends on the weather conditions Hence if, there is a combination of two sources then the desirable electrical power can be produced. The proposed hybrid power generation system uses wind and solar resources. The proposed system focuses on use of air on highway divider with the help vertical axis wind turbine. When the vehicle passed on the highway it produces a considerable amount of air due to its speed. This air tangentially strikes on the blade of the vertical axis wind turbine and it makes a rotation of the turbine in only one direction. The solar system is used to generate electrical energy. The electrical output of vertical axis turbine and the solar system is stored in a battery. This stored energy can be used for automatic street lighting, toll gates, etc.

DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2023.10440
Abstract: Congestion is a serious issue because of vehicle traffic jams. The most common issue of traffic congestion is the time spend on waiting for the red light to change to green. The changing of traffic light is predetermined by timer and it does not depend on traffic volume. There is therefore need to simulate and optimize traffic control to better accommodate density-based traffic rather than time based. This system attempts to solve the problem caused by traffic lights which leads to congestion of vehicles. This project, a density-based traffic control system is been implemented to solve this problem. The system entails programming an Arduino using Arduino integrated development environment (IDE) to enable traffic lights give the right of access to the road by selecting the lane with the high number of cars. The traffic lights are modified to control traffic congestion and maintain a steady flow of traffic. The sensor identifies an object and give signals to the Arduino to control the traffic lights for its individual path. Once there is no sign observed by any of the four sensors the traffic lights keep on dealing with the traffic flow. Further research is suggested to develop the device on a large scale to be deployed to all roads in the country.

DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2023.10442
Abstract: RNA viruses use small genomes that contain information in both their core sequences and higher-order structures to hijack cellular metabolism and encourage their own replication. By identifying particular sequences that are conserved throughout a collection of related viruses, the majority of functional structures that have been discovered to date. We effectively find numerous hitherto un annotated motifs crucial for viral fitness by flipping the traditional technique, which defines RNA structures first before checking for conservation of these motifs. In addition to identifying possible motifs helpful in the development of antivirals medicines and vaccines, this work demonstrates the ability of RNA structure as a tool for discovering functional elements in viruses. It also paves the way for additional functional element identification in big viral messenger as well as non-coding RNAs. A virus known as dengue virus 1 (DEN-1) was isolated by Walter Schlesinger and Albert B. Sabin. The four closely related viruses that cause dengue diseases are DEN-1, DEN-2, DEN-3, and DEN-4. They are known as serotypes because the antibodies in human blood serum react differently with each of these four viruses. The four dengue viruses are related and share roughly 65% of their genomes despite the fact that there is a great deal of genetic heterogeneity within a single serotype. Despite these variations, all dengue serotype infections result in the same illness and a set of same clinical symptoms. In this research, we looked for a specific or conservative RNA pattern that could be used to neutralize the DENGUE virus, by targeting RNA in future.

Abstract: Newspaper articles about the global smuggling of trees like teak, sandal, and others are frequently read. These trees are more in demand, hence their price is higher. As a result of the huge profit that may be made from selling the wood of these trees, it is possible that they are being smuggled, which is against the law. Some actions must be made in order to restrict the smuggling of these trees. This system's primary goals are to minimize deforestation and limit smuggling in order to preserve precious trees and maintain a healthy eco-system.

DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2023.10448
Abstract: People can interact and exchange ideas and sentiments through communication. For the deaf community to engage with the community, there are several hardships. The people converse with one another by using sign language. There is a technology that can translate sign languages into a comprehensible form to enable interaction with everyday people. This project aims to develop a real-time system that can translate Indian Sign Language (ISL) into text. The majority of the work is handcrafted. In this article, we provide a deep learning method that uses a convolutional neural network to classify signs. In the first stage, we create a classifier model that uses the numerical signs and the Python-based Keras convolutional neural network implementation. A second real-time system that used skin segmentation to locate the Region of Interest in the frame that displays the bounding box was used in phase two. To forecast the sign, the segmented region is fed into the classifier model. The system has a 99.56% accuracy rate for the same subject and a 97.26% accuracy rate in low light. With a varied background and image capture angle, the classifier was found to be improving The RGB camera system is the focus of our methodology.

Siddharth K. Kapadia, Dr. Indrajit N. Patel, Dr. Elizabeth George
DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2023.10450
Abstract: Structural health monitoring is putting a damage detection and characterization strategy into practice for engineering structures. Monitoring changes to the material and geometric qualities of engineering structures entails observation and analysis of the system using samples of response data. Operational assessment, data collecting, normalization, cleaning, feature extraction, data condensation, and statistical modal creation are all part of structural health monitoring. Important structures must be frequently inspected and shielded from serious damage if their lifespan is to be extended. This study's goal is to investigate various techniques and approaches for monitoring structural health and how they are used in an Indian context. This study reviews the literature regarding several structural health monitoring techniques and their applications.

Design and durability aspect of hybrid fiber reinforced self-compacting concrete: A Review
Shrey K. Shah, Dr. Deepa A. Sinha, Dr. Elizabeth George
DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2023.10451
Abstract: Fiber Reinforced Self Compacting Concrete (FRSCC) is a type of concrete that combines the benefits of Self Compacting Concrete (SCC) with the added strength and durability of Fiber Reinforcement. FRSCC is designed as highly workable, having easy flow and able to fill all voids in the mould or formwork without applying external compaction. Durability is defined as the ability of a material to withstand the effects of weathering, chemical attack, and other environmental factors without significant deterioration over time. FRSCC has been shown to exhibit excellent durability due to its high density, low porosity, and resistance to cracking. The fiber reinforcement provides additional toughness and ductility, which helps to prevent cracking and improve durability. In this study, M35 grade of FRSCC is designed by adding hybrid steel fibers. The effect on mechanical properties and durability of FRSCC is checked with different hybrid steel fibers and with different proportion of fibers. It is found that, steel hybrid Fiber Reinforced Self Compacting Concrete is a promising material with excellent mechanical properties and durability. Its use in construction can lead to improved structural performance, increased safety and reduction in maintenance costs.

DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2023.10454
Abstract: The main goal of this Endeavour is to use sniffer technology to track down a misplaced cell phone. Regularly thousands of adaptable get misplaced. Security for mobile devices is necessary since portable companies are now building mobile devices with IMEI to locate the mobile device, but this system is not very effective. Hence, sniffer technology is applied. This device, which combines a Sniffer Base Station, an Unidirectional Antenna, and Tracking Software, can be referred to as a Base Station. To maintain the recurrence, the Sniffer Base Station is used. Recurrence is a VHF extension at 900 MHz To exchange the flag relating to the desired recurrence for receiving and transmitting signals, unidirectional radio wire is employed. The most important component of cell phone monitoring is the programming. Because of the way this programming is laid out, the IMEI of the device is read from its Memory. It checks for a signal from a device that responds to a flag sent by sniffer technology. The IMEI number, which stands for "International Mobile Station Equipment Identity," identifies a device that uses GSM technology.

Abstract: The suggested study places particular emphasis on the difficulty of power transfer. Because wireless power transfer eliminates the requirement for a line for the transmission of electricity, this technique allows us to reduce complexity. Comparing this process to other systems can increase proficiency, reduce energy crisis, and lessen power loss. Wires are never used in wireless power transmission, therefore mishaps and electric shocks in the home are reduced. Instead than using cables to transmit power, this technology makes use of RF antenna.

Seismic Analysis of Bundled Tall Building Connected with Outrigger System
Yogesh R. Carpenter, Vishal A. Arekar, Vimlesh V. Agrawal
DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2023.10457
Abstract: Due to increase in population, there is need to develop the residence for all of them. In present era, it is not possible to expand in lateral direction, hence it is utmost important to expand in vertical direction. So tall buildings are need of present era. At present tall buildings are being constructed as a single unit. To reduce the heavy effect of an earthquake, the structure has large dimension at the bottom and smaller dimension at the top. To avoid this condition and provide uniform size throughout along the height, it is required to secure lateral stiffness in the overall supertall buildings in order to resist lateral load effectively. In this study, a single-unit building is divided into three or more units, and they are connected by outriggers as a lateral load resisting system to enhance the seismic performance of the building. This paper also discusses the use of outrigger at various locations and the optimum position of outrigger to achieve the minimum deflection. In the present paper, an investigation has been performed to examine the behavior of a reinforced concrete structure with a central core wall with and without outriggers. The parameters discussed in this paper include variation of bending moments, shear force, lateral deflection of the core and inter-story drifts for static and dynamic analysis as per IS:1893 (Part-1) - 2016.

DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2023.10458
Abstract: In this direction, in the present study an effort has been carried out to optimize the section based on the bending moment diagram and made tapered to obtain a suitable utility for a most critical load combination as per IS 800:2007 [table 4]. The conventional structure is costly due to uniform steel sections throughout the member length. In contrast, the tapered section reduces steel consumption by a certain amount. In this study, an optimization of industrial sheds of different spans and geometries is carried out. The load calculations are carried out as per IS 875 parts 1, 2 and 3. The design checks are performed as p er Indian Standard Code IS 800:2007 (LSM). The analysis and design have been carried out using the staad-pro software. The main goal of the study is to achieve the cost-effective frame based on changes in geometry, width, and angle of roof in terms of weight, as well as to investigate the variation in results.

Effect of Podium Configuration on Backstay Effect of Structure
Solanki Chirag Lalit, Vishal Kumar B. Patel, Atul N. Desai
DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2023.10459
Abstract: Nowadays, Due to the increasing population and limited land availability, tall buildings have become a necessary feature in metropolitan areas. As a result, vertical expansion is often a more affordable and practical option than spreading out horizontally, particularly when considering proximity and accessibility to the city. Diaphragms function as lateral load-resisting systems by connecting the joints of a floor, thereby transferring inertial forces from one structural element to another. The podium's underground perimeter walls and diaphragm function together as a rigid box system. That enhances the lateral load resistance. The podium develops an internal resisting couple that produces an effect called the backstay effect, and its action is balancing in nature against the acting lateral forces, generated by wind and seismic activity. This article examines multi-Storey models that incorporate spring action at the podium level and investigates the effect of different podium shapes and grading in a vertical direction in accordance with IS: 16700:2017, "Criteria for Structural Safety of Tall Concrete Buildings," India, Bureau of Indian Standards, 2017. The study finds that semi-rigid action at the podium level enhances the backstay effect in comparison to traditional rigid action. Furthermore, the investigation shows that the podium shape and grading improve the shear-reversal effect, leading to reduced base shear and base moment.

DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2022.91216
Abstract: Present day, technology has emerged in such a way that it can provide solutions to any real-life problems but in our daily life, traffic is the major issue, parking the vehicle in no parking place is the one of the major reasons for increasing traffic. We do not have a perfect system which finds the vehicle standing in no parking place. One such solution to the problem of towing vehicles is done efficiently by using embedded systems and IoT Technology. When a vehicle is parked at NO PARKING ZONE knowingly or unknowingly the owner is punished with a penalty and a notification will be sent to the consignment officer for registering a complaint against the vehicle. Every day public and traffic police wasting their time just for verification of documents. Helmet is mandatory but people neglect to wear the helmet, so every time traffic police must monitor this operation. Here penalty part is done manually so there may be a chance of misuse which leads into corruption. The role of traffic police is very helpful for the society. They are meant to be controlling the heavy traffic flow but, they control the drink drive, they control without helmet ride to save the lives. They always try to bring traffic awareness to the people. But unfortunately, some of our traffic police became corrupted, they always try to find different ways to hold people accountable for money in the name of traffic rules. Many time Traffic police stop us to verify our documents, so we have to carry our documents. Which is not feasible and it is also waste of time and will disrupt the traffic flow. Hence, we need a system which can overcome all the major imperfections in the present traffic control system.
