Abstract: This study aims to provide an in-depth analysis of the import and export clearance procedures undertaken by Asian Global Shipping Agencies Pvt Ltd (AGSA), a prominent Customs House Agent (CHA) operating in India's dynamic logistics and freight forwarding industry. The research explores each stage of the clearance process, from documentation and regulatory compliance to coordination with customs authorities and allied logistics partners. By examining AGSA's operational framework, the study identifies key practices that ensure timely and compliant cargo movement across international borders. Special attention is given to the challenges faced in customs clearance such as documentation delays, regulatory changes, and stakeholder coordination as well as the company's strategic approaches to overcoming them.
