Abstract: In private cloud environment power measuring and their management is most important for cloud service providers because of virtual machines how much power consumed cannot measure purely hardware. Microsoft Co-operation provides a glorious tool Joulemeter [18] to measure how much energy/power consumed by virtual machine. In this paper we discussed and elaborate how much energy required virtual machine in private cloud environments.
