Image Enhancement Based on Opencv Using Python.7 – Review

Abstract: In the vast area of digital image processing and high resolute transmission approach, this paper reviews the image enhancement techniques which are based OpenCV. OpenCV is the latest emerging approach in the area of image processing. There are different stages of image processing. The coding of all approaches is done by Python 2.7. [1] This paper gave you a basic understanding of image processing by looking at basic terms, then for each part, you'll saw the corresponding implementation of OpenCV, which is a library used for image processing.[4] This paper includes five most significant use cases, where the OpenCV library plays a key role.
