Abstract: This project titled "Business Intelligence in Logistics for Supply Chain Management at B-Accuracy Exim Pvt. Ltd." explores the transformative impact of Business Intelligence (BI) tools on modern logistics operations within the supply chain ecosystem. In today's competitive and fast-paced global market, logistics plays a critical role in ensuring timely, cost-effective, and efficient movement of goods. However, traditional logistics systems often face challenges such as data fragmentation, lack of real-time visibility, and inefficient decision-making processes. The study focuses on how the integration of BI technologies-such as data analytics, dashboards, predictive modeling, and real-time monitoring-can enhance operational efficiency, support data-driven decision-making, and improve supply chain performance at B-Accuracy Exim Pvt. Ltd.
