Using a range of methods to handle inventories, the corporation can keep its inventory level within reasonable bounds. The primary objective of the article is to examine the methods of inventory handling used by XYZ Corporation and to pinpoint potential enhancements that might be implemented into the business's inventory control system. The organization currently uses an efficient system for managing its inventories. The organization needs to use several inventory management strategies to enhance the current system.
