Abstract: The Wax Appearance Temperature (WAT) and Wax Content (WC) of wellhead, flowline and separator crude oil samples were studied. The propensity for the crude oil to precipitate wax due to temperature changes was assessed by measuring the WAT while the quantity of wax precipitated was measured by the WC at the various locations of the production line. The results showed that the WAT for each of the test samples was highest at the wellhead, followed by the flowline and the separator. The WC was also highest at the wellhead, followed by the flowline and the separator. The trend of WAT and WC were therefore in the order: wellhead > flowline > separator. This result implies that the Wax Precipitation Envelope (WPE) for crude oils may not be the same along the production line from the wellhead to the separator.

Abstract: Mass creation of aggregate electric vehicles equipped for voyaging longer separations results in a requirement for electric administration stations that can fulfil the necessities for a lot of intensity gave in a period term like that of filling a vehicle with oil-based fuel. These vehicles would manoeuvre into the station, and need a lot of intensity conveyed over a brief timeframe for the quick energizing of batteries which fill in as their "fuel tank." This paper examines the impact of quick charging electric vehicles on a current service organization circulation framework at several determined locales. This paper will cover control stream, short out, and security learns at these locales utilizing utility-review programming bundles. What's more, the investigation of re-enactments of a reviving station where up to eight quickly battery-powered vehicles please line without a moment's delay will be displayed.

Abstract: The death case of baby TD in early September 2017, required Mitra Keluarga Kalideres Hospital to conduct management restructuring and accreditation. This study aims to analyze the conflicts experienced by Mitra Keluarga Kalideres Hospital with patients in 2017, review conflict management recommended by DKI Jakarta Provincial Health Office, identify the obstacles faced during the accreditation process, know factors that support the success of Mitra Keluarga Kalideres Hospital reaching for status of plenary accreditation less than six months, evaluate the positive and negative impacts felt, as well as efforts to maintain the system after accreditation. In this study, qualitative method was used with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, field observations, and documents review. The study was conducted on 10 informants representing the government, management, and hospital employees. The success of Mitra Keluarga Kalideres Hospital is influenced by leadership and management capabilities in empowering employees, as well as the teamwork. The socialization of the implementation of accreditation to all employees was carried out by pit stop technique. After accreditation, employees are more confident because they perform services with clear procedures and patient visits tend to increase. Post-accreditation, system maintenance is carried out through periodic internal and external audits.

Abstract: In this paper a gear shifting mechanism is designed and applied to make the shifting process faster and slow destructible for the driver. The new device must be safe, with small dimensions, low construction and maintenance cost. This project tries to better gear shifting process by using tool as: a laboring four speed gear box, two pneumatic double acting cylinders, two pneumatic two position five ways directional control device valves, an electrical motor, a belt, two pulleys, limit switches, push buttons, bulbs, a table (holder) and power supply. According to suggested gear shifting mechanism the driver can select the transmission gear ratio without moving his hands from the steering wheel by putting the gear shifting push buttons on the steering wheel. By Using this mechanism leaves to the driver the excitement of choosing the shifting moment.

Abstract: The aim of the work is to provide an overview of virtualization methods, while focusing on Docker. This new virtualization stage, which incredibly contrasts from the customary, virtual machine based way to deal with virtualization, has started gigantic enthusiasm for Linux holders. Accordingly, numerous Docker based activities have risen extending from straightforward order line apparatuses to whole working frameworks. To pick up a more profound comprehension of Docker's inside components, the proposed work shows working with Docker's Remote API. In this work, an attempt has been made to address the imperative security issues of the Docker compartments. Additionally, security calculations and strategies have been proposed to address DoS attacks related issues in the Docker holder innovation. The preparatory investigations and testing of the security strategies are promising. Results show that the Validation, Authentication and security is noticeably increased in proposed model as comparison to existing model.

PHYSICAL AND OPTICAL CHARACTERIZATION OF MANGANESE IONS IN SODIUM - ZINC - PHOSPHATE GLASS MATRIX

DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2018.5127
Abstract: In order to investigate the significant modifications induced by incorporation of manganese ions in sodium-zinc-phosphate glass matrix, a glass system of chemical formula 40P2O5-40ZnO-(20-x)Na2O-xMnO (where, x varied from 1 to 6 mol%) was prepared using the traditional melt quenching technique. The values of the glass density were increased and those of the molar volume were decreased by increasing the content of MnO. In addition, the concentration of manganese ions and the related field strength were increased while the corresponding inter-ionic spacing and polaron radius were decreased. The spectroscopic studies of all samples were carried out over (190-2500 nm) spectral range. The optical transmission of the prepared glass in the visible-near IR spectral range is enhanced by increasing the MnO content where it reaches a maximum value of about 86% at concentration 3% of MnO. This excellent transmission in such spectral range suggested the use of the present glass in many technological applications such as optical filters, IR domes, modulators, laser windows and lenses especially for Nd:YAG lasers. The optical band gap energy and the Urbach energy were determined. The refractive index was found to be decreased by increasing the MnO concentration from 1% to 3% then increased by increasing the MnO concentration from 3% to 6%. Other related physical parameters such as dielectric constant, electric susceptibility, molar polarizibility and metallization criterion were evaluated. The results predicted the working of the present glass in the range of nonlinear optical materials.

Abstract: Metal Matrix Composites (MMC's) consist of either pure metal or an alloy as the matrix material, while the reinforcement generally a ceramic material. Now a day these materials are widely used in space shuttle, commercial airlines, electronic substrates, bicycles, automobiles, etc., Among the MMC's aluminium composites are predominant in use due to their low weight and high strength. The key features of MMC's are specific strength and stiffness, excellent wear resistance, high electrical and thermal conductivity. Hence, it is proposed to form a new class of composite. Al 3102 alloy reinforced with E-glass and SiC particulates to form MMC using stir casting. The MMC is obtained for different composition of E-glass and SiC particulates (varying E-glass with constant SiC and varying SiC with constant E-glass percentage).

Abstract: The aim of this research is to build a conceptual model to provide clear understanding of customer loyalty. Structural equation modeling as a data analysis tool has been used to analyze the data collected from 304 customers from banks in Bangladesh. The results of this study indicate that customer satisfaction among others is the most important antecedent of customer loyalty. Customer loyalty, which is composed of three different ways: intent to continue banking, intent to increase banking and intent to recommend the bank, depend on, customer value, commitment, trust, Service quality, and customer satisfaction have positive direct effect on customer loyalty.
