DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2018.5103
Abstract: A huge chance is happening in the hospital's advancement globally and competitively. Which means pharmacy care at the hospital also becomes inseparable from health care system provided by the hospital. From the patient's point of view, the long and exhausting queue could lead to dissatisfaction that could also lead to the loss to the hospital itself as less and less patients would consider coming in the future. The purpose of this research is to find the correlation between outpatient waiting time with patient's satisfaction and patient's loyalty. This research's design is cross sectional and was conducted on the SEM (Structural Equation Model) PLS (Partial Least Square) data analysis method. The data was taken from the questionnaire on June 2018, with 60 persons' who were waiting the pharmacy were asked to complete the questionnaire, which then be analyzed by SEM PLS method. The service waiting time (responsiveness) significantly affects the patient's satisfaction but not significantly on the patient's loyalty. Patient's satisfaction significantly affects the loyalty.

DESIGN OF PARABOLIC LEAF SPRING BASED ON FEA AND EXPERIMENTAL RESULT
Sudheer Omprakash Salunke
DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2018.5104
Abstract: Suspension is one of the main system in vehicle, which gives more comfort to passengers. There are many causes behind parabolic leaf spring failure like improper eye end design, inadequate thickness, maximum stresses in leaves. In any leaf spring, stresses are maximum at U-bolt clamp position and both end eye. In leaf spring, there is large deflection due to uneven loading of bump & rebound. The stress may occur at center flat distance and over the span of leaf spring. Usually working stresses in parabolic leaf spring are generally evaluated by using testing of spring with load deflection. Stress is evaluated at unclamped position for full-length leaves of entire leaf spring. It is seen that the actual bending stress at the fixed end calculated by testing is 5-6 % more in comparison with modified leaf spring. Bending stress occur away from the flat length of the specified area of the designed parabolic leaf spring. The finite element method by using ABAQUS is applied as a method of analysis to examine the stress distribution for each leaf gives formatting instructions for authors preparing papers for publication in the Proceedings of an International Journal. The authors must follow the instructions given in the document for the papers to be published. You can use this document as both an instruction set and as a template into which you can type your own text.

Abstract: Appropriate accounting for irrigation water is gaining a high attention in prevailing irrigated agriculture. It remains inevitable to judge & establish region specific paradox of irrigation efficiency (both for traditional & micro irrigation systems). Dynamic behaviour of canal-based irrigation water inflows & outflows is evaluated at micro scales in pre-identified micro commands of three sub-minors under prestigious Sardar Sarovar Narmada Nigam Limited (SSNNL) irrigation project in Gujarat India. Magnitudes as well as ranges of various elements & indicators of physical canal systems, cropping systems, and irrigation water operations are critically evaluated to derive ground based factual values of Water Use Efficiencies (WUE), crop productivities, and canal water losses. WUE values were worked out to be as 10.02 kg/ha/mm for maize crop, 8.15 kg/ha/mm for caster crop and 4.37 kg/ha/mm for cotton crop. The overall trends, patterns of variations, interconnectivities, and location specific actual values of several end deliverables (dynamics of irrigation water fronts during their advancement & recession phases, soil water losses, canal conveyance losses, WUE, crop productivities, irrigation operating indicators etc) are reported herein. Relative comparison of overall system performance and operative indicators in micro commands for study sub-minors (namely Sankheda, Umara-Jabusar and Kadadara-Vehlal during their 1st phase of execution i.e. 2010-11 Rabi season) are presented, along with certain food for thought on futuristic interventions on theme of this writeup.

DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2018.5108
Abstract: Let G be a graph. The eigen values of G are the eigen values obtained from the adjacency matrix of G. The energy of a graph G denoted by E(G), is the sum of absolute values of its eigen values. One of the questions that arises here is, Is it possible to find the energy of graph by graph transformation? This paper answers this question. Here a category of graph called complete graph is taken and is operated to obtain transformation graph . It has been proved that the spectrum and energy of this transformation graph is -1 with multiplicity (n+2)(n-1)/2 and (n+2)(n-1)/2 and its energy is (n+2)(n-1).

DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2018.5109
Abstract: As end users of Power supply system, we load the power system with large and different linear and non-linear loads like printers, computers etc. These devices load the power system and change the sinusoidal nature of the line current and voltage to a distorted wave form, which is undesirable. The undesirable change may generate heat and damage other devices so it is necessary to mitigate this distortion by the use of filter. The problem is solved by the use of the proposed filter which is a combination of Inductors and capacitors. This single Filter is designed to filter out or mitigate harmonics of different order before they could change the electrical property of the power system unlike other Filters which are designed for filtering a specific

DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2018.51010
Abstract: The requirements for the effective control, safe and reliable operation of electrical motors and drives are constantly growing. Therefore an accepted maintenance strategy for the detection of nascent faults and for avoiding unexpected failures is the condition monitoring of their health status. This allows to perform preventive diagnostics and a planned repair instead of emergency one. This paper represents an ongoing research on elaborating a low cost data acquisition system for condition assessment of electric motors based on the typical profile of its current, voltage or vibration. This approach is typically non-invasive and is known as a signature analysis. Some typical fault conditions are systematized in the paper and some perspective methods for monitoring and diagnosis of faults in electric motors are discussed. An approach towards building such a system using low cost hardware and open source software is proposed.

DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2018.51011
Abstract: The evolution of the IoT and pervasive computing creates a significant impact in the information and commination. The growth rate of the devices seems to be hiked in exponential manner. The overall objective seems to be providing better services for the end user with the emergence of the new age gadgets. Steganography exist the complete of conceal a file, message, image, or video within another file, message, image, or video. The benefit of steganography in overload of cryptography alone be to the planned secret communication doing not attract attention to itself as an object of scrutiny. Plainly able to be alive see encrypted messages, no matter how unbreakable they are, arouse interest and may in themselves be there incriminating in countries in which encryption is illegal. IoT is one such technology, which holds many promising aspects in networking and communication. In another perspective the nature of the data handled in the IoT is more open and vulnerable for hacking. Since the data handled through the IoT technology is sensitive and almost deals with personal privacy, industry needs to cater the security concerns in IoT.

Abstract: Hospitals are expected to provide health services that have optimal standards. It is an accountability effort for each hospital to be able to compete with other hospitals in order to get an attitude of consumer loyalty. Factors that often disrupt the performance of the hospital are related to service waiting time. Delays in handling are important issues in service delivery. Recently, many studies have produced negative effects on the impact of longer waiting times on customer satisfaction and loyalty. This will influence the quality of service. With disruption of customer satisfaction can lead to reduced attitudes of patient loyalty. Creating loyal customers is an important strategy rather than just satisfying and satisfying patients.
