Abstract: Nursing primarily focuses on practical application. The training procedure consists of two components: theory and practice. The primary objective of nursing is to educate and cultivate skilled and proficient nurses who possess the ability to provide service to the general public, the community, and the nation. Nursing students are required to assume a dual role throughout their training programme, which might potentially induce anxiety during their course of study. Undergraduate nursing students often experience concerns such as financial difficulties, course content challenges, and the clinical environment. Stress may lead to a decline in students' academic performance, less focus and concentration in class, feelings of tension, and a lack of engagement with classmates. Emotions are a significant factor in human existence. Emotional maturity may serve as a means for kids to develop strong emotional regulation skills and respond appropriately to different circumstances. Implementing stress management techniques may help students achieve a state of relaxation and improve their psychological well-being. Hand massage may enhance the effectiveness of therapy for arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, neuropathy, and other medical disorders. Engaging in a professional hand massage is a prudent expenditure for enhancing one's general well-being. Engaging in a regular self-massage regimen may provide continuous advantages.... Cite: Bamila. Abstract: Automated Braking System can automatically start emergency braking if necessary and can also control a vehicle's speed based on school and college zones. Safety is crucial for cars in order to limit the likelihood of collisions in speed-restricted areas. It reduce the loss of lives and property. Recent polls show that over the past few years, accidents near hospitals, schools, and abrupt turns have significantly increased due to people's hasty attempts to reach their destinations. Controlling vehicle speed has therefore been an important factor to take into account. This research report introduces the use of RFID to construct a smart automatic braking system to regulate vehicle speed. A vehicle prototype is created and put into action. The NodeMCU will carry out emergency braking in accordance with a pre-burnt code after the system uses the sonar sensor to detect obstructions. The device also offers options for speed control. To reduce damage or collision from an accident, the vehicle's speed will be decreased or increased based on how close an object is to the moving vehicle. As a result, an automated collision avoidance system that is accessible to everyone is suggested. As a result, every car can now have an automated smart speed control and braking system. After this method is used, accidents will decrease more quickly, and some driver's annoyance will also decrease.

DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2024.11115
Abstract: In the advancing field of rehabilitation technology and human-machine interfaces, surface electromyography (sEMG) has emerged as a critical non-invasive method for interpreting human intentions, particularly in developing advanced prosthetics and silent speech recognition systems. However, despite its potential, challenges such as noise interference and the necessity for precise electrode placement have constrained its accuracy. This paper explores the application of advanced deep learning (DL) models, including Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM), Bidirectional LSTM (Bi-LSTM), Deep Neural Networks (DNN), and Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) in both 1-dimensional (1D) and 2-dimensional (2D) formats to improve the interpretability of sEMG signals for silent speech recognition. The proposed setup utilized a multithreading queuing (MTQ) based novel three-channel low-cost sEMG data acquisition system for English vowel recognition. The two channels are responsible for collecting and extracting data, while the third channel helps visualize data in real-time. It involves data acquisition using disposable electrodes across key facial muscles, followed by employing a range of DL models to process and classify the sEMG signals. Our findings suggest that advanced DL models, particularly the CNN-2D model, outperformed other state-of-the-art methods by achieving 90% accuracy in vowel recognition, showcasing the potential of deploying low-cost hardware with new predictive paradigms in sEMG analysis.

OPTIMIZING THE MAN-MACHINE RATIO TO MAKE THE FACTORY MORE COST-EFFECTIVE
Sourav Ghosh
DOI: 10.17148/IARJSET.2024.11116
Abstract: Purpose- For the garment industry proper utilization of machines & manpower is very important to make a profitable business in this competitive global market. The man-machine ratio (MMR) gives an indication to the management about the indirect cost of the factory. Higher MMR can be a cause of low profit margins. However, there was not any standard MMR for the factory. It depends upon various factors like product type, machine type, production system, etc. Eliminating the waste from the process can help to reduce the manpower. However optimum use of the manpower can lead to optimum MMR. Methodology- A kid's wear manufacturer's data is considered for this project. Understanding the department involved in that factory. How each department contributes to the factory MMR. Understand the product portfolio & take three main products that consume 80% of the total production time that the factory has. Eliminate some waste from the process & implement new processes. Analysis & comparison before the new process & after the new process data. Findings- In a few operations, it has been found that the garments have been overly processed & that doesn't create any value addition. Removing that waste will give a better MMR score for the factory. In this project, 38 manpower are reduced from the current process by reducing one of the Muda (over-processing). By this study, it has been found that MMR is optimized from 2.10 to 1.99. This helps the factory become more cost-effective by reducing the cost of 60 lakh per annum. Abstract: This research investigates how Heritage Foods Limited's dairy marketing in Hyderabad uses nostalgia to shape consumer attitudes and loyalty. Nostalgia marketing - linking a brand to past memories - is found to establish strong emotional connections by drawing on shared cultural experience. To test this in practice, we look at Heritage Foods' marketing materials (e.g. retro imagery, nostalgic Flavors) and carry out a consumer survey in Hyderabad. The mixed-method design involves content analysis of the ad campaigns of Heritage and questionnaires assessing consumer engagement, emotional response, and purchase intention. This is an important research topic since emotion-based branding is a major trend: nostalgia cues are able to stimulate feelings of comfort and trust and are expected to improve engagement. For instance, Heritage's own "nostalgic journey" product launches - ice-lollies in traditional Indian Flavors (Kala Khatta, Gol Gappa) - are specifically formulated to "evince fond childhood memories". This insight into how those cultural reminders register in Hyderabad's market (with its strong food and family heritage) informs today's marketing efforts.

Abstract: The Rise of digital technology has reshaped how businesses connect with their customers, moving interactions from traditional storefronts to online spaces. Marketing approaches have evolved to include tools like social media engagement, search engine visibility, AI-based suggestions, email promotions, and tailored advertisements. Major online retailers such as Amazon have embraced these tools to increase customer interaction, make the buying process smoother, and offer a more convenient and customized shopping journey. In the city of Hyderabad, which is quickly becoming a major urban hub in India, the use of digital platforms has grown significantly. Factors such as widespread internet access, increasing mobile usage, and a tech-literate population have contributed to this trend. Amazon has responded by using modern marketing techniques to better serve the diverse needs of consumers in the region. This study aims to explore how these digital initiatives affect customer satisfaction and influence shopping behaviour within Hyderabad. As the number of online shoppers continues to grow, it is essential for businesses to understand how digital marketing affects customer experiences. While research has shown that engaging customers online can build loyalty, there is still a need to study how this works in specific local markets. Amazon's strong position in the Indian market makes it a fitting example to investigate how digital tools can improve the customer experience in a city that is rapidly embracing digital change.
